The property must remain actively listed for sale.
The property must not be under contract, pending, withdrawn, expired, or otherwise unavailable for purchase.
The listing agent or property owner must notify Listing Boosted via email (Homes@ListingBoosted.com) that the property remains available prior to the publication deadline of the next issue.
Any updated photos, pricing, or listing information must be submitted before the applicable production deadline.
The Free Relisting Guarantee is the exclusive remedy available to clients whose properties have not sold.
